In true millenial fashion, we met on Hinge, bonding over the fact that we both knew all the lyrics to "Amish Paradise" by Weird Al and sharing a deep love of a dozen warm dumplings. Our first date was at Lloyd's, a bar in the east end themed after The Shining. Simon came all the way from west end for their first date, which Melle says is a green flag.

In the last three (ish) years, we've delivered a weather report from the maid of the mist, spent hours eating chicken nuggets and marathoning Ru Paul's drag race in the basement, travelled to Costa Rica, New York, and Mexico, and said goodbye to the best cat in the world. Through it all, we've always come back to our deep love and commitment to each other.

We are so excited to celebrate with you - our nearest and dearest, and to take the next step on what has been a road paved with deep love, care, communication, fun, and super inappropriate jokes.
